The home of the Ilubirin ecosystem
Ilubirin is a faith-rooted healing ecosystem for Muslim women. It exists to create psychological, emotional and spiritual safety where women can begin their journey of returning to Allah, returning to the woman He created them to be, and walking towards ṭumaʾnīnah.
Our purpose
We believe the woman Allah created has never disappeared.
She has simply been hidden beneath years of surviving.
Ilubirin does not help women become someone new.
It helps them return to the woman Allah created them to be.
Our philosophy
Safety comes before transformation.
Before healing can begin, a woman must first experience:
Psychological Safety
A place where her mind can rest, where she no longer has to brace herself.
Emotional Safety
A place where she no longer has to perform, explain or hide.
Spiritual Safety
A place where she can turn towards Allah without fear or shame.
Transformation happens through returning.

Who holds this space
Held with care, and with training
Ilubirin was created by Khafayah, whose work brings together person-centred counselling, trauma-informed practice and an Islamic understanding of emotional wellbeing.
The space is designed to help women feel heard and understood without being pushed into therapy, coaching or disclosure before they are ready.

Counselling is offered separately, by Khafayah Counselling, a specialist service with its own website. It is not the centre of Ilubirin, and no woman here is guided towards it unless she chooses it herself.
